100th member!

in

A big hello to our 100th member! Party

There's just a little confusion over who it is!

Stroker is 100 in the member list... but should I be counting myself? So that would make it Kneb... But I've also joined with my alt for testing purposes..

So that would make it Nuggetz lemon..

.blend file compression

In Blender's File menu there is an option "Compress File". If you enable it before saving, then the file size of the .blend file is much reduced. It's a good idea to do this if you want to attach a .blend to a post here or email it to someone.

User driven development

The Primstar scripts have always been user driven in their development. It's thanks to the wide range of uses and the questions asked, that the scripts are feature rich and easy to use. This was one of the thoughts behind the redesign of the website.

It's my hope that visitors will register with this community and that through sharing questions, answers and random thoughts that this site will become the best resource for Primstar users and developers.

Worked harder today than I have for awhile and my hand is throbbing Crying

Got a lot of the new website finished though. Forums setup, old "blog" imported, my gimp terrain script added, adverts are back and lots of other little tweaks.

Going to rest and watch a movie or two for the rest of the night. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be feeling recovered enough to get the Primstar pages imported and then the site can go live! Party

First visit to orthopaedic surgeon

Well, I had a little visit to the hospital today for my initial checkup with the orthopaedic surgeon.

They took some blood samples and asked a few questions and that was about it.

They are making appointments for me at two more hospitals, one for hand therapy which apparently involves playing computer games.. Well perhaps not games, but some computer driven therapy which involves doing something so the computer can measure differences between my left and right hands.
