Updating instructions for mutiple texures to sculpties for sl

Hi, I am making a fair bit in blender for sale in sl, I have followed the vids 'Texturizing Sculpties I and II' but I am using Blender 2.61, the inter face is different to 2.47 and I am using Primstar 2 so probably simpler, I get lost at the 'consolidate into one image' stage and there after. I really want to use both methods and would be really greatful for the right instructions even if in list form. Many thanks. Smile

Educational version of Primstar 2

Thanks to everyone who voted on the educational version poll!

The results are mostly split into two large groups, those who are happy with the way things are, and those who would like a free or very low cost version of Primstar 2.

Unfortunately, I've already proven that the donation model does not work for funding Primstar's development. Here's the donations we've received for Primstar 1.1.0 and the public version of JASS so far this year:

I love new features

I've just sent another new feature off to Gaia for testing. There's four new controls which affect the vertex distribution on new sculptie shapes. Great fun to play with and it turns up interesting results on some shapes Smile

Raw Terrain Support coming soon to Primstar

Originally I planned 3 products in the star range, Primstar, Avastar and Simstar. Simstar however didn't really have enough features to make it a separate product. So we've decided to merge those features into Primstar. The main feature is support for raw terrain files. I finished coding this yesterday, and Gaia is currently documenting the features and preparing a new Primstar release.

So very shortly, you'll be able to edit your private region terrains in Blender!

Domino and Gaia join forces for Primstar 2 development

Today (30-January-2011) Domino Designs and The Machinimatrix agreed on a partnership to create Primstar-2, a content creation toolset for Second Life and similar online worlds.

Primstar-2 will be based on Blender 2-5 (or newer) and contain tools for creating sculpted prims, regular prims and meshes. We are also aiming to merge all features of the currently available jass-2 products into Primstar-2.

im bout to delete it all :(

HOWTO Use Bezier Curves & Sculptify [Basic]

This topic was meant to be a video-tutorial for the "Primstar Basics" back to late 2009 but due to Domino's health condition and my stressful life we obviously couldn't do it.

So... Back to the topic, took the time take some images of the basic process on how to use bezier curves and sculptify the way I do it which is probably the most handy and commonly used among Blender users nowadays.

Bezier Curves usage can vary from easy (like this one) to a pretty complex manipulation to generate animations.

Primstar/Blender/iMac

Hi Everyone, I'm really new to all this.  I've played with Blender on my laptop which runs Windows but now I'm trying to get it to work for serious on my new iMac.  I have to create some sculpties for the work I'm doing in Second Life.  However, I keep running into problems with setting it up.  I'm not a programmer so please be patient with me :-)  I can get the Import/Export to show the Second Life options and I can get the Build menu to come up when I request Add> Mesh> Sculpt Mesh.  When I get the Build menu, even if I change nothing in it, the screen
