This is a development snapshot for testing purposes only. It requires a full Python installation with tkInter.

New feature: Torus sculpt type (in test gui) now has two versions. Torus Z which is the original one with the center of rotation around the Z axis. Torus X is the new one with rotation around the X axis. This allows the long seam on Torus Z or the short seam on Torus X to be ripped (v key in edit mode) to turn the torus into a cylinder.

Lovely, I pulled last night a copy in both OSs, it's charmingly working in Ubuntu, tho windows well... The GUI Tool is trying not to make me his/her friend haha. Great work, Domino. Party

[Also up-dated Git, people, remember to keep Git up-to-date. Old packages == possible bugs and you don't want that.]

I feel myself re-newed... This' gonna be a great, great, Saturday...

Oh! I visited the machinimatrix team's site, I'm glad the amount is around the 1000USD! Get better soon.

I'm glad the website decided to include the "a" on the end, so it was obvious that "Lovely, I pulled last night" wasn't the full message Wink

I've heard a rumour that Gaia is looking at the Windows problems, so hopefully the 0.9.x series will be working there too soon.

Check it out: http://www.dominodesigns.info/node/63 the GUI Tool/Test won't "build" another shape besides the default sphere and in addition if you try to load a .tga it won't let you explore, after a few clicks it will freeze.

That happened in my test (terrible experience which left me with a broken heart), and nobody else seems to be using windows xp to create sculpties with Blender trying on the snapshot or the git Primstar versions, so we might never know...
