Allow creation of triangle based sculpt mesh

I've added the user interface part of this. The mesh generation code will need altering to support triangle faces as well as quads before the gui option can be set as active. The triangle generation won't use subdivision, it should just generate the total X Faces and Y Faces that number of subdivision levels would create. The poles on a triangular sphere type should be identical to SL ones with no degenerate faces.

The timeline for this feature is to introduce it the Primstar 1.1.x development for final release in Primstar 1.2.0
