no "Sculpt Mesh" in Blender

I installed Blender 2.49b then Python 2.6.5, then I found the "scripts" folder and I copied the "Primstar" folder into it (C:/doc&sett./myname/app data/Blender Foundation/Blender/.blender/scripts).
Once I launch Blender, if I go in Add -> Mesh, I don't see the option "Add sculpt mesh", like my teacher has.
The same for Render: the option "Bake sculpt meshes" doesn't appear.
I am using Windows XP 32bit like my teacher.
Is there anything I can do to see and use your Primstar scripts? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I'm obviously not Domino Marama but maybe I can help you on this.

1) You mentioned you have found the "scripts" folder and copied "primstar" (lowercase) folder into it, that's correct though you didn't mention you specified the default scripts directory, take a look at this image. That might be the reason.

2) You also mention you have a teacher, would be wise of you to ask your teacher for a possible solution.
