Constant Pain

Hi everyone,

The cold (flu?) I had over Christmas has gone now, but the added strain (on my neck from all the sneezing) has aggravated my median and ulnar nerve problems. I'm also doing new physio therapy exercises to help decompress those. At the moment that's all leaving me in pretty much constant pain. It's not going down to what I consider my safe level for computer use at all Sad

I'm reading through new posts once or twice a day but that's about my limit, so I won't be posting much until my health improves. Even short typing spells like this are causing tingling in my fingers and that's usually my warning sign for having done way too much.

I suspect this cold spell we are having in the UK isn't helping either.

Just wanted to let you all know I am still around, though just as an observer for now. Sorry to anyone waiting for help, I'll get to it when I can.

Best Wishes,

Domino

I have the same problem.

Use Turmertic (indian spice) in your cooking. It is very good with chicken or veg. It will stop the pain for a few hours. Just look it up on Wiki.
