I'm back

I'm back after my little computer free break. I was staying at a friends near the beach and got plenty of long walks along the sand in. Sadly it's Britain and winter so I didn't get to feel the sand between my toes, just the frost on my nose

The morning I left I also had a physiotherapy appointment for my neck. It looks like we are finally homing in on what's causing the pain problems in my wrist. The physio identified constriction of my median and ulnar nerves and gave me some simple stretching exercises to begin freeing them up. I've to go back in three weeks, but already the stretches are getting easier to do, so I'm hopeful things are going to improve now.

It looks like everyone was busy while I was gone, it'll take me awhile to read through and catch up then it's a last dash to get the manual and scripts ready for the 1.0.0 release
